Here are some recent kitchen design and renders I did. Nothing was purchased and/or downloaded, I created all models and textures.
One of the more tedious parts was getting the lighting to convey the mood I was after.
The tulips were relatively simple. I made a few tulips with differing amounts of petals, then deformed them with splines so I could pose and arrange them.
